  • Possibilities for bubble problems
    1, The base is too rough, there are many small holes in it. Putty compresses the air in holes during scraping, and then the air pressure bounces to form bubbles. 2. Single batch scraping too thick, and the air in the pores of putty does not squeeze out. 3, the base is too dry, water absorption is too high, it will easily lead to bubbles on the surface of putty. 4, water resistant coating, high grade concrete and other fundamentals which have good tightness character will caused by bubbling. 5,Working under high temperature is easy to produce bubbles. 6, base material water absorption is too low, makes putty be wet for a too long time. It makes bubbles less likely to be squeezed out by the trowel, and forms pinhole pores. That is why more bubbles are forms when scrape the template on top than on wall. Because wall water absorption is big, while the template top`s water absorption is extremely low. 7. Did not choose suitable grades of cellulose ethers. If choosing too high viscosity grade, it may form bubbles.

  • What reason for causing bubbles in putty?
    Ash calcium powder, heavy calcium powder (or gypsum powder), cellulose is the main constituent of putty powder. When scrape putty, causing bubbles is a kind of common problem, what is the reason for that? Ash calcium powder (main component is calcium hydroxide, it is the finishing product of lime), heavy calcium powder (main component is calcium carbonate, it is the calcium carbonate stone powder ground directly by calcium carbonate stone) generally will not cause the bubbles problems in scraping putty.

  • Concrete surface construction technology
    1. Mix the external wall putty powder with water (propotion is 7:3) and evenly batch it on the surface (one meter square can be used for scraping). When the surface is relatively rough, 40 ~ 80 mesh sand can be added, and the scraping surface cannot feel smooth. When it is dry, scrape it with clean water. 2. Mix the external wall putty powder with clean water (propotion: 6:4) and batch it on the surface. After scraping, the surface is in a smooth state. When the surface is dry, polish it with sand, then spray the surface with clean water, if possible. And then roll the surface with diluted interfacial agent (1:1). After surface drys, knock it for inspection. Notes: 1, High air humidity and rainy days is not suitable for scrape putty.Recommend temperature for working is above 5℃. the surface rolling coating requires an interval of 4 ~ 7 days (until the alkaline components of putty can be neutralized before the construction). 2, When weather is too dry, please repeatedly spray water on the putty. It can reduce the neutralization time and putty strength. 3. This technology is not recommended to be used for glass Mosaic facing renovation, but to use "special interface glue" in those applications. 4. The construction process can refer to the code of Construction and Acceptance of Building Finishing Project JGJ/T29-2003.

  • Technology of applying putty and matters needing attention
    Before applying putty, pls measured with a ruler, to see if metope is flat. It determines the way of applying putty.Two times of applying putty is enough.It can not only makes metope flater, but also cover the base color. If the place of metope not level off, besmear scrapes more times. But each putty should be in two or three hours interval, ensure metope is sufficient dry. Base treatment is needed before applying putty. Check the cleaning of the base surface and the base, including the removal of wall sand and ash caking, floating sand and dust, in order to improve the flatness and adhesion of the construction surface base of putty, to ensure that the base surface is pollution-free, no empty drum, no cracks, no loose powder phenomenon.If the metope has floating ash or loose metope, will cause putty layer and metope can not form a firm and strong bond, very easy to cause putty layer displacement, fall off, cracking and other problems. Construction temperature needs to be above 5℃, when applying putty. Construction environment has always been a very important factor. If the environmental temperature is too low, easy to affect the dissolution of organic additives in putty. If the additive can not be fully dissolved, or the dissolution rate is too slow, will affect the putty scraping film quality and construction performance. Of course, the environment can not be too hot too dry, either. 5℃-35℃ is suitable for applying putty. The scraping thickness of putty should be controlled between 0.5mm and 1mm The putty scraping must not be too thin or too thick. If being too thin, putty layer is easy to lose water too fast. It will eventually affect the effect of painting. If being too thick, its dry shrinkage strength is bigger, more easy to crack. Therefore, a single putty scraping thickness is best between 0.5mm-1mm. Putty needs to be put away after a few minutes` stirring. After that, stirring again before using. Put putty away after stirring, it is to give the composition in putty enough time for dissolving ,avoid the waste of additives inside.After making putty into cream, we had better use it in half an hour, in case it is metamorphic. The surface layer can not be started unless bottom putty is dry enough. Putty for inner wall is not suggested to make too thick. Pls wait until the first layer putty dry thorough, then start the second layer. In Winter construction, pay attention to anti-freeze,ventilation , and dry. Surface layer must make after bottom putty dry enough. When batch blows putty child, these parts need to stick cloth processing If the use of ordinary putty, or water resistance putty, then light body wall, between the wall board joints, furniture and metope joints, metope slot and other parts of the best use of cloth processing technology.If you use elastic putty, you do not need to stick cloth treatment, scraping directly.

In addition, some provinces have had to halt their electricity supplies to meet emission and energy intensity goals. As a result, millions of homes in the country are facing a blackout situation, with factories closing their operations. In some localities, authorities cited the need to meet their energy consumption commitments when they told manufacturers to cut back production to avoid electricity surges beyond local power grids` capacity, leading to an unexpected fall in factory activity. Dozens of listed Chinese companies - including Apple and Tesla suppliers - announced shutdowns or delivery delays, with many blaming the order on government departments determined to reduce output to meet energy consumption targets. Meanwhile, there are over 70 container ships stuck outside of Los Angeles, CA as ports can`t keep up. Shipping delays and shortages will continue as America`s supply chain continues to fail.
